Josef Blashchak

Warning: Blashchak is looking for new investors

Josef Blashchak is the person mainly responsible for the “Dividium” business that largely consists of a snowball system. We have an assignment from about 300 customers to help them get their investment money back. We regularly report to those customers about the progress of our investigations. We published an extract from interim report no 6 on the Internet.

Now Blashchak is once again getting through to customers with an investment “offer,” or is having it disseminated by persons in his entourage. Under the heading of “Asia Invest” he is spreading fears about an impending collapse of the euro and the dollar or the “western” currency system. As a response he is trying to lure investors into an extremely vaguely described “investment” with maturities of 2-8 months, upwards of euro 1,000 and with returns of up to 8%. Per month, of course. Without any further particulars the claim is made that the income comes “from the real economy and production of commercial goods around Asia.” Even beyond this, the brochure contains all sorts of economy-related platitudes up to and including complete nonsense. In content and form, the “offer” has the same structure as Blashchak’s previous offers. This includes returns that appear attractive and this time allegedly the choice in what currency or whether in gold or silver, repayment is supposed to be made. At Dividium, however, no repayments have occurred (or in the beginning in the form of a snowball system). Purported securities and investments turned out to be forgeries or fraud. We refer here to our reports.

We warn all customers or recipients of this “offer.” Do not in any case pay anything up. You are running the risk of experiencing a second “Dividium.” Blashchak has, despite his announcements, still not solved the Dividium problem and no solution is in sight.

We confronted Blashchak with the new rip-off attempt. His answer shows that the “offer” actually comes from him and that our assessment is correct.

Sehr geehrter Herr Schmidhauser,

Josef Blashchak

It was supposedly to have been a “loyalty test” for the customers who had already in the “past spread untruths.” First of all, Blashchak does not know from which customers we received the materials. But even if he knew that: the “test” would in no way be definitive since those customers have not spread anything untrue nor even spread anything negative but merely forwarded the documents which they have gotten from Blashchak’s entourage. As was once the case with Dividium, other people were purported to be acting behind his back. And like he did with Dividium, Blashchak “distances himself.”

But the new “investment product” also already contains a servicing agreement and a commission system (we are not publishing all the parts of the new “offer”). It is therefore explicitly intended to be forwarded to others and to stimulate brokers to collect money again. As we showed for our customers in our interim report no 6, limited cooperation with Blashchak with the objective of liquidating funds for the benefit of customers no longer makes any sense, since Blashchak has up until now and contrary to his announcements not presented anything of value for liquidation. We are for the time being concentrating on other routes without Blashchak. And we would naturally like to avoid there being any new victims.

Switzerland – a paradise for finance tricksters?

The "NZZ am Sonntag" newspaper reported on 15 August 2010 that fraudsters have little to fear in Switzerland. Procedures were lengthy and punishment quite moderate. There are probably other reasons why possibly more fraudsters operate in Switzerland than elsewhere. But even our records can't provide the statistical evidence that this is actually the case. Criminals often come from the neighbouring countries to take advantage of the "location benefits" that Switzerland has to offer.

When returning moneys, however, it is irrelevant to the Debt Enforcement Agency S.A. where the criminals are operating from. We can identify and pursue them all over the world. Download the article in German

Losses resulting from economic crime in Austria

Annual losses resulting from economic crime in Austria alone amount to 15 billion annually. Roughly 3-4 billion go to investment fraud. This article also explains other categories, such as product piratry, project financing fraud etc, and points out ways of prevention. Read the entire article here.

When a loss has occurred, legal steps are frequently futile. In appropriate cases, we can retrieve money with our approach. Submit your case to us for assessment without any obligations.
