About DEASA: An International Debt Collection Agency
Debt Enforcement Agency S.A. (DEASA) is an international debt collection agency based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Our work is built around individual case assessment and local execution. DEASA coordinates a network of partners, investigators, and collection specialists, giving clients access to resources close to the debtor.
Claims starting at EUR/USD 250,000 can be reviewed, provided there is sufficient documentation to support the claim.
20+ Years of Experience
More than two decades in international debt recovery have given DEASA experience with cases that can involve unfamiliar markets, difficult-to-reach debtors, or claims requiring local intervention.
100+ Countries
Our international network connects clients with local resources in more than 100 countries. Area Managers coordinate regional activities and help determine which resources are appropriate for an individual case.
Complex, High-Value Claims
DEASA focuses on substantial claims from EUR/USD 250,000. We review the circumstances and available evidence before deciding whether a mandate is suitable for our services.
Our Mission
DEASA’s mission is to recover client funds efficiently, professionally, and sustainably. We aim to give creditors a practical route forward when a substantial claim remains unpaid, particularly when the debtor is located in another country.
Area Managers Around the World
Our Area Managers help coordinate DEASA’s activities across different regions and work with local partners where a case requires on-site support.
Their knowledge of local conditions is particularly relevant to international debt collection, where the practical steps available to a creditor can differ considerably from one country to another.
Our Philosophy
Our approach to debt collection is based on expertise, persistence, local knowledge, transparency, fairness, and efficiency.
We assess each claim on its own circumstances and use lawful collection methods. Where direct contact or investigation is appropriate, local resources can provide information and access that would be difficult to obtain remotely.
DEASA does not use physical violence or illegal methods. Professional conduct remains a basic requirement of every assignment.
How Our Debt Collection Process Works

We assess the claim and supporting documents to understand the circumstances and available recovery options.

Once the mandate is in place, DEASA coordinates the appropriate collection work through its network, which may include direct debtor contact, investigation, negotiation, or local legal support.
